ORDER

The petitioner seeks for quashing the impugned final report in P.R.C.No.14 of 2018 on the ground that the parties have arrived at a compromise.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the only one of the victims has agreed for the compromise and that there are two other victims.

3. At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission to withdraw the petition, with liberty to renew the application as and when the other victims agree for a compromise. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

4. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
