ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the official respondents would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted and at the enquiry, they came to know that there existed a property dispute between the parties and they have decided to resolve the issue through the competent civil Court and hence, the complaint was ordered to be closed. He would further submit that as of now, there is no complaint pending as against the petitioner. 3.Recording the above submission, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
