These writ petitions are filed as against the proceedings of the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.9856/2015/A3, dated 30.09.2015. 2.Today(13.02.2023), when these matters are taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the prayer sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition has now become infructuous.
