PETITION FOR RELAXATION Under Sec.528 of BNSS. PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in its order, dated 10.07.2024, made in Crl.M.P(MD)No.8892 of 2025 in Crl.A(MD)No.744 of 2025.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in its order, dated 10.07.2024, made in Crl.M.P(MD)No.8892 of 2025 in Crl.A(MD)No.744 of 2025.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.
3. The learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition for seven weeks and that the condition may be modified.
4. Considering the above, the condition imposed by this Court, in Crl.M.P (MD)No.8892 of 2025 in Crl.A(MD)No.744 of 2025, dated 10.07.2024, is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court once in a month i.e., on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further 2/3
