This petition has been filed to direct the Respondents 1 and 2 to take action against the Respondents 8 and 9 for the death of the Petitioner's husband namely Munniyandi @ Moorthi son of Vijayan in Madurai Central Prison by considering the Petitioner representation dated 08.11.2021 in accordance with law.
2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner made the following submissions: 2.1.Since this Court express involvement of the disputed question of facts, he seeks to withdraw the case with liberty to file a civil suit before the appropriate forum.

2.2.He also made an endorsement and circulated the letter to that effect.
3. Recording the said submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected writ miscellaneous petitions are closed.
