O R D E R

This Court by order dated 24.08.2022 in W.P(MD)No.19351 of 2022 has directed the respondent to permit the petitioner to participate in the further selection process without insisting for the PSTM Certificate and with a further direction that in case, the petitioner is otherwise qualified in the selection process, the final appointment alone shall be withheld.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent submits that now the selection process is withheld due to non-submission of PSTM Certificate by the petitioner.
