ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Sole Accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody 1/4

on 02.07.2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 304(2) of BNS, in Crime No.321 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner has stolen a mobile phone of the defacto complainant and tried to escape from the scene of occurrence. However, he was caught red handed. Hence, the complaint. 3.Heard both sides.

4.Considering the nature of the allegations in this case that the the petitioner was caught red handed while snatching a mobile phone and considering the fact that he also has a previous case of similar nature and that he belongs to the State of Andhra Pradesh and that there is imminent and serious apprehension that if he is let out on bail, he will abscond, this is not a fit case for enlarging the petitioner on bail.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.

6. Since the petitioner's prayer for enlarging him on bail is refused, some of the prosecution shall take expeditious steps to complete the trial. It is stated that the 2/4

matter is posted for framing of charges on 03.10.2024. The copy of this order shall also be placed before the trial court. Since it is said that there are totally 6 witnesses in this case, expeditious steps can be taken to complete the trial itself. Let the trial be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
