PRAYER : Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to direct the learned Additional Sub-Judge, Dindigul to dispose the O.S.No. 476 of 2017 in a strict manner within a stipulated time as directed by this Court.

ORDER

The present revision petition has been filed by the 5th defendant in O.S.No.476 of 2017 pending on the file of Additional Sub Court, Dindigul for the relief of expeditious disposal of the said suit.

2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, suits of the year 2020 are being posted for trial and hence, this suit may also be taken up for trial.

3. Considering the fact that so far trial has not begun, the learned Additional Sub Judge is directed to dispose the suit on or before 31.12.2023.

4. With the above said direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
