This petition is filed to condone the delay of 622 days in filing the above Writ Appeal.

2.Though the name of the first respondent has been printed in the cause-list, there is no appearance on behalf of him, either in person or through counsel.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and taking into consideration that the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 and 3 has got no objection in condoning the delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 622 days, on payment of costs. 2/3

4.Accordingly, this petition is allowed on payment of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) to the High Court Legal Services Committee attached to this Bench forthwith on receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition will be dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court. 5.Registry is directed to number the Writ Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post it 'for admission' in the usual course.
