ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to expedite the investigation of the case and file final report in Crime No.16 of 2011.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that based on a complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent has registered a case in Crime No.16 of 2011 and after completion of investigation the same has been closed as 'Mistake of Fact' on 14.02.2019. 3. Recording the aforesaid submission, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted. However, the respondent is directed to serve a copy of the referred charge sheet to the petitioner forthwith. On receipt of the same, the petitioner is at liberty to file a protest petition.

4. With the above directions, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
