Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order issued by the third respondent vide memorandum Rc.No.4235/R5/2018, dated 26.10.2019 and quash the same as illegal insofar as it prescribes the cut off date is concerned and consequently, to direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner as P.G. Assistant (Tamil) taking into consideration of the petitioner's qualification and the marks within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
The order of the third respondent dated 26.10.2019 is sought to be quashed in so far as it prescribes the cut off date is concerned in the present Writ Petition and further direction is sought for to direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner as P.G. Assistant (Tamil), taking into consideration of the petitioner's qualification and the marks, within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.
2.Mr.V.R.Shanmuganathan, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents.
3.Today (05.11.2019), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the cut off date is fixed on 15.07.2019. In the impugned order, it has been wrongly mentioned as 10.04.2019. Subsequently, the said mistake has been rectified and fresh call letter has been issued for certificate verification, mentioning the cut off date as 15.07.2019.
4.The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is qualified in May, 2019 and she is entitled to produce all the certificates at the time of certificate verification.
5.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
