The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly and investigation is completed and a charge sheet has been made ready and filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Manamadurai.
