ORDER

The writ petitioner has assailed an order dated 11.01.2016 of the Tahsildar, South Taluk (Social Welfare), Madurai. 2.At the hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent has placed before me a communication dated 30.07.2016 in terms whereof, payment of pension has been ordered. The learned counsel for the petitioner confirmed that the petitioner is receiving pension pursuant to the order dated 30.07.2016. As such, the grievance of the petitioner has been addressed.

3.Recording the same, W.P.(MD)No.3513 of 2016 is disposed of without any order as to costs.
