ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 1/4

528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.457 of 2023 on the file of the respondent and get it numbered within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. It is seen from the records that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, FIR came to be registered in Crime No.457 of 2023 on 31.08.2023 for the alleged offences under Sections 294(b) and 323 IPC.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that all the accused were arrested and released on bail and that 5 witnesses have been examined and investigation is almost completed and seeks one month time to file final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.457 of 2023 and file a final report before the 2/4

jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
