No.10596 of 2019:- Civil Miscellaneous Petition filed Under Order 22, Rule 10 read with Order 1 Rule 10 of Civil Procedure Code, praying to bring on record the petitioner as the legal representative of his Deceased father, the sole appellant Viz., Ramanathan herein and rank the petitioner as 2nd appellant in the above Second Appeal in S.A. No. 824 of 2001.

Prayer in S.A.No.824 of 2001:- Second Appeal filed Under Section 100 of Civil Procedure Code, against the Judgment and decree dated 19.02.2001 made in A.S. 3 of 1999 on the file of Sub Court, Pattukkottai, confirming the judgment and decree dated 10.09.96 made in O.S.No.342 of 1988 on the file of District Munsif Court at Pattukkottai. ORDER:- Civil Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day and upon perusing the letter received from the III Additional District Judge, Thanjavur @ Pattukkottai in D.No.569/2020 dated 30.09.2020, this Court made the following order: This petition has been listed today for extension of time for disposing I.A.No. 10 of 2018 in A.S.No. 18 of 2018 on the file of the III Additional District Court, Thanjavur @ Pattukkottai.

2. Now, the learned III Additional District Judge, Thanjavur @ Pattukkottai, by his letter, dated 30.09.2020, seeks further more time for disposing the said application.

3. Considering the averments made by the Court below, this Court is inclined to extend time further.
