O R D E R

This Court by order dated 13.07.2022 directed the respondent to pay the terminal benefits to the petitioner. For non-complying of the order, the present Contempt Petition is filed. 1/4

2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the entire amount was disbursed in favour of the petitioner.

3. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the share of the mother of the deceased has not been settled.

4. Since the amount has been disbursed to the wife of the deceased employee, there is no wilful default has been committed. However, liberty is granted to make fresh application indicating the name of the mother of the deceased employee along with necessary proof for claiming her share. If any fresh proposal is received, the respondent is directed to settle the share of the mother of the deceased employee, if they satisfy. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed.
