: Respondents PRAYER : This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuing a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of second respondent in his proceedings in SE.MA.THO.E/219/GRAPHICS/2016 published in Dhina Thanthi Tamil Daily, dated 11.02.2016 and quash the same and to direct the respondents to issue fresh notification by permitting the petitioner to participate in the selection process for the recruitment to the Post of Multi Purpose Health Worker (Sanitary Inspector Grade-II). ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings of the second respondent in SE.MA.THO.E/219/GRAPHICS/2016 published in Dhina Thanthi Tamil Daily, dated 11.02.2016 and also sought for a direction to direct the respondents to issue fresh notification by permitting the petitioner to participate in the selection process for the recruitment to the Post of Multi Purpose Health Worker (Sanitary Inspector Grade-II).

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, both the learned counsel appearing on either side has submitted that the connected issue has been decided by order of this Court, dated 28.08.2019 in W.P.(MD) Nos.3522 to 3532, 3534 and 3535 of 2016.

3. In view of the aforesaid order of this Court, dated 28.08.2019 in W.P.(MD) Nos.3522 to 3532, 3534 and 3535 of 2016, no adjudication is required in this petition and accordingly, the instant petition is dismissed as infructuous.
