O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry in respect of a complaint given by the respondent No.3.

2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there are disputes between the petitioner and the respondent No.3, who are the husband and wife and earlier, the respondent No.3 has filed a complaint before the All Woman Police Station, Thiruvadanai and the said complaint was disposed of after due enquiry. However, on the same set of facts, another complaint is filed before the respondent No.2 police, thereby the respondent police are harassing the petitioner and therefore, sought for suitable directions. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the complaint given by the respondent No.3 before the respondent No.2 is registered as CSR.No.217 of 2023 and after due enquiry, the same was closed and as of now, no case is pending against the petitioner. The same is recorded. 2/4

4.Considering the circumstances made by the learned counsel on either side and on perusal of the records, since the complaint, which was pending against the petitioner filed by the respondent No.3, has already been disposed of, no further directions can be given in this case.
