ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to issue license to run the bar attached with TASMAC shop No.3185, pursuant to the tender held on 30.9.2019. 2.After filing the present writ petition, the second respondent has given confirmation order in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.045/2019/C.V.4, dated 06.11.2019 in favour of the petitioner, pursuant to which, the petitioner has deposited the amount vide three Demand Drafts, which are as follows: (i)DD.No.849973, for a sum of Rs.1,67,800/-, drawn in favour of the District Manager, TASMAC, Dindigul, dated 08.11.2019;

(ii)DD.No.849975, for a sum of Rs.964/-, drawn in favour of the District Manager, TASMAC, Dindigul, dated 08.11.2019 and (iii)DD.No.849974, for a sum of Rs.95,436/-, drawn in favour of SBI Treasury Branch Main Code No.0835 ED 301, dated 08.11.2019.

W.P(MD)No.23255 of 2019 Now that, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that action will be taken for issuance of license to the petitioner.

3.The abovesaid submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents is recorded and accordingly, a direction is issued to the second respondent to issue license in favour of the petitioner within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
