ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent herein not to harass the petitioner and their family members under the guise of enquiry and not to interfere in the civil dispute.

2. The third lodged a complaint seeking police protection before the second respondent on the eviction of the petitioner herein. Therefore, there is no question of harassing the petitioner and harassment does not arise in this case.

3. In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is devoid of merits and the same is dismissed.
