When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) reports that the complaint filed by the petitioner has been numbered as C.S.R.No.518 of 2023 and enquiry has already been initiated and within a short time, they will complete the enquiry and decide the issues positively. The same is recorded.

3. Considering the submissions made by both sides and on perusal of records, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondent Police to dispose of C.S.R.No.518 of 2023 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
