2. Issuance of notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

3. The petitioner is a landlord. He filed R.L.T.O.P.No.12 of 2024 on the file of the Rent Controller / Principal District Munsif, Madurai for evicting the respondent. The statute prescribes a time limit of three months for disposal of the original petition. The petitioner's counsel states that the petition-mentioned R.L.T.O.P was filed on 05.01.2024.

4. The Court below is directed to dispose of R.L.T.O.P.No.12 of 2024 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the next hearing date. This civil revision petition stands disposed of. No costs.
