2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/proposed 4th respondent urged before this Court that the respondents-2 & 3 are comes under the Jurisdiction of the Principal Seat at Madras and therefore, the instant writ petition is not maintainable before this Court for want of jurisdiction.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks liberty to file a writ petition before the Principal Seat at Madras.
4. In view of the above said submissions, the instant writ petition is not come under purview of the jurisdiction of this Court and therefore, the writ petition is not maintainable and the same is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, the instant writ petition is dismissed. It is for the petitioner to approach the Jurisdictional Court, namely, Principal Seat at Madras, if so advised. No costs.
