The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw the case on the file of the Additional District and Sessions Court, Attur, in O.S.No.501 of 2022 and transfer the same to the file of the III Additional District and Sessions Court, Trichy.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and she has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
