PETITION FOR BAIL Under Sec.483 of BNSS PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.582 of 2023 on the file of the Respondent Police. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused No.11, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 05.02.2024 for the offences punishable under 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(C) & 29(1) of the NDPS Act, in Crime No.582 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was found in possession of 22 kgs of ganja. Hence, the case.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons and a false case has been foisted against them. He further submitted that they are not at all involved in the crime as alleged by the respondent police. Hence, he prays for anticipatory bail. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that this is the third application. Without change in circumstances, the petitioners have filed the petitions. Hence, he prays for dismissal of these applications. 2/3

5.Since there is no change in circumstances of the case, these Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed.
