This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to comply with the order dated 21.06.2025 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aranthangi, in Crl.M.P.No.78 of 2025, by conducting a preliminary enquiry, registering the FIR, and investigating the same in accordance with law.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the first respondent, on instructions, would submit that the first respondent would file a report before the learned Judicial Magistrate within a period of two weeks from today, as to whether the FIR has been registered or the complaint has been closed.

3. In view of the aforesaid undertaking of the first respondent, no orders are required.
