ORDER

The writ petition has been filed for a mandamus to direct the respondent No. 2 to lay approach road in order to access the petitioner in Survey No. 92/16 situated at Mangulam Village, Madurai East Taluk, Madurai District.

2. By consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. The petitioner's case is that in order to access his property, a road to be laid, for which, the petitioner sent a representation to the respondents. Since the same has not been considered, the petitioner is before this Court.

4. I have considered the rival submissions and perused the materials available on record.

Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.12.2023 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. 14.10.2024 RR TO
