PRAYER : Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to direct the Subordinate Judge, Kulithalai, to dispose the suit in O.S.No.93 of 2020 in a speedy manner within a period of time as may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

The present civil revision petition is filed for speedy disposal of the pending suit before the Subordinate Judge, Kulithalai, in O.S.No.93 of 2020.

2. The suit was filed in the year 2020. It is seen from the diary that there are two interlocutory applications are pending. The Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that one of the defendants died and his legal heirs ought to be impleaded. Since the suit is not ready for trial, speedy disposal may not be an appropriate direction, especially, short time cannot be granted. 2/5

3. Therefore, this Court is directing the Sub Court, Kulithalai, to complete the interlocutory applications within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Sub Court shall complete the suit within a period of one year therefrom. Since this is a petition only for speedy disposal, notice to the respondents are dispensed with.

4. With the above said observations, the civil revision petition is disposed of. No costs.
