The present Writ Petition has been filed challenging a show cause notice issued by the first respondent herein for initiating action under Section 203 of the Tamil Nadu Panchayat Act, 1994. The tenure of the petitioner has already expired. Hence, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the present writ petition.

2. In view of the above said facts, the writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions stand closed.
