Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records pertaining the impugned notice issued by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.A9/08/2021 dated 27.08.2021 and quash the same as illegal.

ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Certiorari, with respect to a notice issued, dated 27.08.2021 by the second respondent/the Special District Revenue Officer, (Land Acquisition), Allikulam Oil Recycle Industry, Sipcot, Thoothukudi. 2.As a matter of fact, answering the notice, the petitioner had given a reply on 06.10.2021. Now, the clock cannot be set back and the notice itself cannot be interfered with by this Court since a reply has been given. Without entering into a discussion on the merits claimed, but, still mentioning the fact in the reply it has been stated that the lands of the petitioner are agricultural lands, a burden is cast on the second respondent to conduct enquiry in manner known to law taking into consideration the points raised by the petitioner in the reply dated 06.10.2021. W.P(MD).No.23106 of 2021 3.In view of the above reasoning, this Writ Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the second respondent to act in manner known to law, in relation to notice issued by him/her, for which, the petitioner had given a reply on 16.10.2021.
