This writ petition is filed for a mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.01.2016 and 02.02.2016 for effecting correction in sub division in respect of the property comprising in Survey Nos.299/9B1 and 299/B2 situated at Puthanatham Village, Manapparai Taluk, Trichy District

2. There is no representation for the petitioner.

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that as per the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.TK/8A/156/1429, dated 21.10.2019, Survey No.299/9B has been sub-divided as Survey Nos.299/9B, 299/9B1, 299/9B2 and 299/9B3 and patta has also been issued to the respective parties. 2/4

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, the writ petition is closed as no further order is required in this writ petition. No costs.
