ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the first respondent to file a final report in Crime Number 88 of 2024 on the file of the second respondent within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2. It is seen from the records that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, FIR came to be registered in Crime No.88 of 2024 on 03.07.2024 for the alleged offences under Sections 3(l)(r) and 3(l)(s) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that 5 witnesses have been examined and investigation is pending and seeks two months time to file final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the first respondent is directed to complete the 2/4

investigation in Crime No.88 of 2024 and file a final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
