The prayer in the writ petition is for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents 1 and 2 from shifting the TASMAC Shop No.12114 from the existing place to Seithur to Muhavoor Malayamman Kovil Road, Seithur Village, Rajapalayam Taluk, Virudhunagar District.

Today, when the writ petition was taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 3 produced the proceedings of the 1st respondent in Mu.Mu.Ka2/41805/2021 dated 07.12.2021 and submitted that by the aforesaid order, TASMAC Shop No.12114 was shifted to Survey No. 2/5

420/8C, Ward No.10, Door No.25/2, Seithur Town Panchayat, Rajapalayam Taluk.

In the light of the aforesaid submission, the prayer in this writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order dated 07.12.2021 passed by the 1st respondent. No costs.
