ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused rank not known, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 420, 448, 506(i) 1/3

IPC, in Crime No. Not Known of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by one Seit Mohammed, enquiry was undertaken. During the course of investigation, it was found that it is the civil issue between the parties, so it was closed advising the parties to workout their remedy through the Civil Court.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as unnecessary.
