India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to include the petitioner's name in the Contract Labour list and consequently direct the respondents to regularize the service of the petitioner and to grant all monetary and service benefits by considering the petitioner's representation dated 23.05.2025 within the time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

ORDER

The instant writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to include the petitioner's name in the Contract Labour list and consequently direct the respondents to regularize the service of the petitioner and to grant all monetary and service benefits by considering the petitioner's representation dated 23.05.2025. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the representation filed by the petitioner seeking to include his name in the list of Contract Labour and to regularize his service with all monetary 2/5

service benefits, is still pending without any consideration and the same shall be directed to be disposed.

3.Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for by the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 23.05.2025 on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity to the petitioner, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is also made clear that this Court has not expressed any of its views with regard to the merits of the matter and that it is open to the respondents to consider the same on its own merits.

4.With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
