ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.564 of 2025 dated 15.05.2025 on the file of the Principal Special Court for Exclusive Trial of cases under POCSO Act,
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this petitioner has filed a bail application in Crl.MP.No.359 of 2025 before the learned Sessions Judge, Principal Special Court for Exclusive trial of cases under POCSO Act, Madurai. The trial Court had granted bail to the petitioner by way of order dated 20.03.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.359 of 2025 by imposing certain conditions.
3. He further submits that this petitioner has filed a relaxation petition before the trial Court in Crl.M.P.No.564 of 2025. The learned Sessions Judge, Principal Special Court for Exclusive trial of cases under POCSO Act, Madurai has partly allowed the said relaxation petition by way of order dated 15.05.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.564 of 2025 and directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00a.m. on the first working day of every week, until further orders. 2/5
4. He further submits that this petitioner complying the condition and he signed before the respondent police regularly without fail. This petitioner is working as a Physiotherapist and he is unable to concentrate on his day today affairs. Moreover, this petitioner complying the said condition for more than five months without any deviation. Therefore, it is just and necessary to relax the said condition imposed on the petitioner. Hence, he prays to allow the present relaxation petition.
5. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition regularly.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and being satisfied with the reasons stated above, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed by the learned Sessions Judge, Principal Special Court for Exclusive trial of cases under POCSO Act, Madurai in Crl.M.P.No.564 of 2025 dated 15.05.2025. 3/5
7. Accordingly, condition imposed by the Sessions Judge, Principal Special Court for Exclusive trial of cases under POCSO Act, Madurai in Crl.M.P.No.564 of 2025 dated 15.05.2025 is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
