O RDER This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the Respondent No.2 to not to harass the petitioner and her family members. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that because of the issue between the petitioner and the fourth respondent herein over business transaction, complaint and counter complaint has been given. The complaint given by the petitioner was closed after enquiry. The complaint given by the fourth respondent is kept pending and harassment is made against the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the complaint has been received from the fourth respondent. In spite of issuing notice to him, the fourth respondent did not respond. Since the fourth respondent did not respond, let the above said complaint given by the fourth respondent be closed. 2/4

4.With the above said direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
