The writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to survey the property situate in S.Nos.310/12 and 310/14 in Periammapatty Village, Palani Taluk, Dindigul District.

2.Mr.D.S.Nedunchezian, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.According to the petitioner, the property situate in S.No.310/12 was purchased by his wife under a sale deed dated 04.06.2019. The property situate in S.No.310/14 was purchased by the petitioner under sale deed dated 04.06.2019. The revenue documents stand in the name of the petitioner's wife and petitioner in patta Nos.2202 and 2066 respectively. The petitioner submitted an application on 24.07.2025 in 2/5

application No.2025/0123/13/014156 seeking survey of the subject property, but the same has not been considered. Hence, he has come before this Court.

4.The learned Government Advocate who takes notice for the respondents would submit that the application submitted by the petitioner will be considered in accordance with the law. 5.In the view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents are directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 24.07.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner, neighboring land owners and other interested parties.

6.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
