PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned proceedings issued by the 3rd Respondent in Na.Ka.No.36/2021 dated 05.02.2022 and quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to reinstate the petitioner back into service for the post of Office Assistant in the 3rd respondent office as well as disbursing the entire monetary and service benefits to the petitioner within time frame stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.
