2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous. An endorsement to the said effect was also made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.Recording the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
