This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the first respondent to take appropriate action and departmental action against the 4th respondent, as per the enquiry report of the second respondent.

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the petitioner has made a complaint for taking departmental action against the fourth respondent and during the pendency of the writ petition, the competent authority has initiated departmental action against the fourth respondent under Section 3(a) of TNPSS (D & A) Rules, 1955 and imposed the punishment, on 11.03.2016.
