Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to dispose of the revision petition, dated on 18.07.2019, pending on the file of the first respondent herein, within a time to be stipulated by this Court. ORDER

In view of the nature of the order passed, though the petitioner and the second to fourth respondents are locked in an ongoing dispute before the first respondent, notice is dispensed with to the second to fourth respondents.

2.It is stated that before the first respondent a revision petition is pending from 18.07.2019. By way of this present Writ Petition, the relief sought is for earlier disposal of the said revision.

3.Mr.Kameswaran, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the first respondent and he pointed out that the first respondent had actually issued a notice to all the parties to appear for enquiry.

W.P(MD)No.23041 of 2021 4.Let the first respondent proceed further in manner known to law by giving an ample opportunity to all the parties and thereafter, take a considered decision and dispose of the revision petition on or before 28.02.2022.

5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
