The petitioner had challenged an order dated 05.10.2015 in relation to transfer of the house tax assessment in the name of the petitioner.
2. On instructions, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submits that the house tax assessment has been transferred to the name of the petitioner subsequently. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner concurs in this statement. As such, the petitioner's grievance has been redressed.
