This writ petition is field for the relief of Mandamus directing the respondents to accept the arrears in four equal installments as directed by this Court, in respect of the petitioner's service connection No.184-002-96.

2.Today(13.02.2023), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has filed a change of Vakalat.

3.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent produced the written instructions received from the Assistant Engineer, TANGEDCO, Thenipatti, dated 13.02.2023 and submits that the petitioner has paid the entire CC arrear charges payable by him to the respondent /TANGEDCO on 25.02.2016, 09.02.2016, 11.04.2016 and 26.05.2016 and hence nothing survives in this writ petition.

4.In view of the submission made by the learned Standing counsel that the petitioner has paid the arrears of CC charges in four equal installments, nothing survives in this writ petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed as no further order is required. No costs.
