This writ petition was filed challenging the recruitment process which was conducted based on the Notification, dated 31.01.2016. Based on this notification, the entire recruitment process is over and there is no vacancy. Due to reflex of time, this writ petition cannot be entertained.

2. The petitioners are having qualification and liberty is granted to the petitioners to participate in the recruitment process in subsequent notification. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
