This Criminal Original Petition had been filed to direct the first and second Respondents not to harass the Petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the Respondents submitted that the Petitioner is a History Sheeter and a History Sheet was opened against the Petitioner in H.S.No.04 of 2019. He would further submit that as per LIR.No.89/2022, under Section 110 of Cr.P.C. proceedings has been initiated. The Petitioner had refused to receive the summons and he is having five previous cases.
