When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would fairly submit that electricity service connection as sought by the petitioner has already been provided and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition.

2.In view of the said submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
