Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents.
2. The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.349 of 2021 registered on the file of the second respondent. The petitioner's son is said to be missing since 11.11.2021. Since the petitioner is not satisfied with the steps taken by the second respondent, he has come forward with this petition for transfer of investigation.
3.In a case of this nature, transferring the investigation is not going to yield any result. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of by directing the jurisdictional DSP to personally monitor the investigation. Crl.O.P.(MD)No.20718 of 2021 also called upon to enquire the petitioner and issue proper direction to the investigation officer.
