PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying this Court to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of a WRIT OF 1/4

MANDAMUS directing the Respondents 1 to 3 to provide police protection to fence the property situated in R S.No.67/1, patta No. 3356 in sathampadi village, Natham Taluk, Dindigul District within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court by considering the Petitioner's representation dated 30.08.2023. For Petitioner : Mr.Amaravel Pandiyan.A.K For R1 to R3 : Mr.SS.Madhavan Government Advocate (Crl.side) O RDER This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking for a direction to the respondent police to provide protection from the respondent Nos.4 to 6 while fencing the property. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the representation of the petitioner dated 30.08.2023 is registered as CSR.No.1030 of 2023 and summons have been issued for appearance of the petitioner on 26.09.2023 and requested time to complete the enquiry.
