ORDER

The writ petitioner in this Writ Petition is seeking to grant 3rd incentive increment. However, a Government employee is entitled only two incentive increment in their entire service. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition cannot be granted and this Court is not inclined to entertain this Writ Petition.

2. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
